EGLN08 Wetlands Site

Nicholson River Landcare Group have worked to maintain the local environment since 2004, working mostly on areas of the East Gippsland Rail Trail. Since 2022, they have also undertaken to preserve and protect this Wetland area alongside a new housing subdivision. Working in partnership with the East Gippsland Catchment Management Authority, the Group hope to revegetate and create a number of walking paths through the area for all to enjoy.
