EGLN07 Newlands Arm

The Newlands Arm Landcare Group (NALC) is actively maintaining and revegetating the Dinni Birraark Walk, which stretches between Lake Victoria Road and Dawsons Cove. This walk is a key recreational resource and a significant wildlife corridor, supporting native animals, migratory birds, and fish. Current efforts include enhancing food sources and protecting habitats through strategic revegetation. Plans are also underway to install boardwalks, ensuring the path remains accessible in all weather conditions, with future developments aimed at enriching the visitor experience.
