CBR2 Fire Track North

Located on the Fire Track looking north over a small ephemeral wetland that were once common all along the Mullum Mullum Valley before European development took place. Wetlands like this have a diverse range of flora not found elsewhere such as Water Ribbons, milfoils, knotweeds, rushes and sedges. Frogs like the Spotted Marsh Frog and Pobblebonk can be found here wen it is wet. Look out for water birds like the White-faced Heron, Nankeen Night Heron and cormorants visit the wetlands in search of food.
